ရခုိင္ျပည္နယ္ ေက်ာက္ျဖဴၿမဳိ႕နယ္က ထြက္ရွိတဲ့ ေရႊသဘာဝဓာတ္ေငြ႕ကုိ တရုတ္ျပည္ကုိ သယ္ယူႏုိင္ရန္အတြက္ ဓာတ္ေငြ႕လုိင္းနဲ႔ ေရနံပုိက္လုိင္းေတြ ခ်ဖုိ႔ မေကြးတုိင္း စကုၿမဳိ႕နယ္အတြင္းမွာရွိတဲ့ ေက်းရြာေတြက ေတာင္သူေတြရဲ႕ စုိက္ခင္းေတြေပၚမွာ ေျမာင္းေတြ ေဖာက္လုပ္ေနတဲ့အတြက္ ယာေျမေတြနဲ႔ သီးႏွံေတြ ပ်က္စီးဆုံးရႈံးမႈ ျဖစ္ေပၚေနပါတယ္။ အဲ့ဒီ စီမံကိန္းမွာ ပါဝင္ေနတဲ့ ယာေျမေတြအတြက္ ေလ်ာ္ေၾကးေပးမယ္ ဆုိေပမဲ့ ဆုံးရႈံးတဲ့ ပမာဏနဲ႔ ေပးေလ်ာ္တဲ့ ေငြေၾကး မမွ်တတာေၾကာင့္ ေတာင္သူေတြက မေက်မနပ္ ျဖစ္ေနၾကပါတယ္။ အခု ဓာတ္ေငြ႕ပုိက္လုိင္းေတြ ခ်ေနတဲ့ ယာေျမေတြမွာ ပဲသီးႏွံေတြ ရိတ္သိမ္းဖုိ႔ ရက္ပုိင္းသာ လုိေတာ့တာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
